CPSC 531 will have a mid-term exam in late October, and a final examination in mid-December.

Midterm Exam

The CPSC 531 midterm exam will take place in class on Thursday, October 26, 2017. The 75-minute closed book exam will cover all material presented in lectures, tutorials, and assignments up to that point. The midterm exam will be graded on a percentage scale. This exam counts 20% toward your final grade in CPSC 531.

Final Exam

The CPSC 531 final exam will take place on Thursday, December 21 at 3:30pm in MS 211. The two-hour closed book final exam will cover all material presented in lectures, tutorials, and assignments throughout the semester, but with a particular emphasis on the material covered since the midterm exam. The final exam will be graded on a percentage scale. This exam counts 40% toward your final grade in CPSC 531.
