This course shares lectures and some assignments with the basic
graduate course on Multi-Agent Systems, CPSC 609. Please make sure that your are not confusing the
different assignment and assessment schemes!

Description of the course
The course covers the following topics:
Modeling of agents; properties of multi-agent systems; communication
between agents; interaction and cooperation concepts; forming and
maintaining organizations; competitive agent environments; learning in
multi-agent systems; example systems.
The prerequisites for this course are CPSC 457, the basic course on
Operating Systems (why should become clear during the course)
and CPSC 433, the basic course on Artificial Intelligence.
