What about countries with two capital cities, like South Africa, or Bolivia? Should the system keep track of all of them? Should it be able to distinguish between them?
Answer:
In order to keep the assignment simple (and, even though it isn't realistic), please ignore this complication. That is, please assume that every country that your system knows about has *exactly one* capital city.
