Should we allow a user to edit an existing transaction (even, a registered one)?
Answer:
Yes, you should be able to correct a transaction date, a transaction amount, or a memo, even if the transaction has been registered already. You should also be able to ``un-register'' a transaction, in order to correct a mistake.
However (of course), you can't retrieve - or, therefore, edit - a transaction after it's been ``cleared'' from the account.
