CPSC 333: Lab Exercise #4: Structured Analysis

Location: [CPSC 333] [Lab Exercise] [Previous Exercise] [Next Exercise] Exercise #4

The following exercise will be taken up in labs during the week of February 10-14. If at all possible, you should try to solve this problem ahead of time, so that you can compare your own solutions to the ones presented during labs, or have questions ready to ask in case you had trouble solving them.

This is based on material presented in class on February 5-7.

Use ``structured analysis'' for a simplified version of the library information system that does not keep track of multiple copies of books. A problem statement, entity-relationship diagram, and data dictionary for the entity-relationship diagram are all available, and should be useful for this exercise.
