Here is the ``final'' structure chart for the Student Information System, redrawn with all connections to the data area and all data flows shown. This was obtained by applying the previously described changes to the first cut structure chart for this system.

It has been modified because of the third change that has been described for this example: The control signal ``ready'' has been replaced by the control signal ``initialization failed,'' and this new control signal doesn't travel as far in the structure chart as the original one did.
