Welcome to My Homepage
I have a new web site at http://www.jiegao.co.cc. This (old) web site will mostly remain unchanged until its retirement (may not be that soon). This is Jie Gao’s homepage. From here you can get all kinds of information about me, especially my academic role as a computer science student and (maybe) a computer mania. I have graduated from my MSc program and continue with PhD studies in Dept of Computer Science at University of Calgary. I was an undergraduate student in Dept of Computer Science & Technology at Nankai University, China. In About Me section of this site you can find my education information and my CV. As a member of the Artificial Intelligence Research Lab, my research direction is mainly in cooperative data mining using multi-agent framework, and currently on applications to medical data on diabetes. To learn more about my research and projects attended, please check the Research section of this site. I am working as a TA in the university. The tutorial I am teaching is CPSC 203 — Introduction to Computers (for the ninth time). All resources related to the labs I am teaching and have taught can be found in the Teaching section.
