Introduction

This course is an exploration of the topic and concept of cyberwar along with related topics like cyberterror and cyberprotest. These terms and topics are somewhat fashionable, and this course seeks to build an understanding of what these concepts actually mean. When successfully finishing the course, a student should be able to:
  1. Articulate their own definition of cyberwar and related terms
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of how cyberwar relates to traditional "kinetic" war
  3. Demonstrate the ability to read and critique opinions of cyberwar topics and opinions
  4. Have a practical understanding of the techncal foundations of cyberwar
