I started my PhD in May 2010 at University of Calgary. I am interested in how we can redesign software framework APIs to make them more usable and useful. API usability is becoming more important as more products are marketed through third party applications developed on their software development frameworks. More usable APIs invite more third party developers.
I am researching on creating scalable methods for evaluating and redesigning frameworks to enhance their usablity and usefulness.
