Teaching Responsibilities
In the 2021-2022 academic year, my teaching assignment is as follows:
- CPSC 441: Computer Networks (3rd-year undergrad level, Fall 2021)
- CPSC 441: Computer Networks (3rd-year undergrad level, Winter 2022)
- CPSC 641: Performance Issues in High-Speed Networks (grad level, Winter 2022)
In the 2020-2021 academic year, I was on a 12-month Research and Scholarship Leave (RSL), with no assigned teaching duties.
In the 2019-2020 academic year, I was on a 6-month "special leave" in Fall 2019, but was back to teach the following two courses in Winter 2020:
- CPSC 441: Computer Networks (3rd-year undergrad level, Winter 2020)
- CPSC 641: Performance Issues in High-Speed Networks (grad level, Winter 2020)
In the 2018-2019 academic year, I taught the following two courses:

During the 2016-2017 academic year, I was on a 12-month administrative leave following my term as Head, and had no assigned teaching duties. During my time as Head (2010-2016), I had reduced teaching responsibilities. The same was true during my time as a research chair holder (2001-2011).
