Follow this guide to install IT's Ricoh printers on Windows machines.
The CS Research queue will let you print to all Ricoh printers in Computer Science. You must manually release the job at the printer using your OneCard.
Use the following steps to add a CS_Research Follow-Me printer.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to \\itctsequitrac02.uc.ucalgary.ca\CS_Research
When prompted, enter your UCIT username and password.
The Staff follow-me print queue allows you to print to any staff printer on campus. You must manually release the job at the printer using your OneCard.
Use the following steps to add a Staff Follow-Me printer.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to \\itctsequitrac02.uc.ucalgary.ca\Staff
When prompted, enter your UCIT username and password.
A Student follow-me print queue allows you to print to any student printer on campus. You must manually release the job at the printer using your OneCard.
Use the following steps to add a Student Follow-Me printer.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to \\itctsequitrac01.uc.ucalgary.ca\Student
When prompted, enter your UCIT username and password.
If log in is successful, the printer should automatically be installed.
The printer should now be available.
If your printer does not print after a reboot or a logout, make sure that you are able to access the print server for your particular printer. eg. \\itctsequitrac05.uc.ucalgary.ca.
